Aluminum ramps are very durable, require little maintenance, and are easily removed and/or relocated. They feature a slip-resistant surface that maintains traction in any weather. They will not rot or rust. They can be installed in one day. (Advantages)

Yes! There is a 2-month minimum rental requirement. This requirement may be waived to accommodate special situations that require only a very short-term rental. There is a premium rental rate for these. There is an installation and removal fee charged with every rental. It is based on the size of the ramp and the travel required. It is a one-time fee that includes both installation and removal and is charged at the beginning of the rental term. Our rental contract can be found under the Services Page for further details.

We understand that sometimes needs change. Level Ramping Solutions allows for a portion of the rental payment to be applied towards the purchase of the ramp, to be determined in the rental contract. (Rental Service)

Sometimes relocation is required. We are happy to help you plan and install your ramp in a new location if it is within our service area. Just give us a call so that we can access your new home, determine the best layout, and add/subtract any needed sections to ensure that the new ramp will be safe for use. There are additional costs for relocation.

Give us a call. We will determine if it is our product. We can then proceed with scheduling a time to evaluate your property and determine if you have the necessary parts to construct a safe ramp for your home.

We understand that needs change and the possibility of no longer needing a ramp sometimes occurs. We work with you to help with the transition by offering recovery. We have created a secondary market for these ramps serving both charitable institutions and lower income populations who might not be able to afford a ramp otherwise. If you would like to help us in this effort, please give us a call and we will make it a priority to professionally remove the ramp system at no cost to you.

Winter in New England can be unpredictable. We recommend that snow accumulation be shoveled off using a plastic edged shovel and the tread surface be swept clean. The use of calcium chloride salt substitute may be used to melt snow or ice accumulation on the ramp surface. (PRO TIP: Look for products that are safe for pets and concrete).

Snow and ice can make ramp installation a challenge. The small upcharge covers the time and labor necessary to clear and prep the area for installation.

The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) is a civil rights law that prohibits discrimination based on disability Level Ramping Solutions follows ADA guidelines to ensure your safety. The ADA states that a ramp must be set at an incline of 1:12 to be deemed safe. This means that for every 1 inch of rise or step height, there must be at least 1 foot length of ramp. (ADA GUDELINES) While it is best practice to adhere to these guidelines when planning for a home ramp, sometimes space limitations, or the end user’s ability level and mobility device require us to diverge from those guidelines. We realize everybody’s situation is different and will allow adjustments within an acceptable range.

Most ramps are installed and ready to be used within the same day.

No, our modular ramps will not permanently alter your home or damage your yard. They DO NOT require anchoring in concrete. It can be safely removed from your property when it is no longer needed.

Level Ramping Solutions offers continuous support throughout the lifetime of your ramp. The ramp is covered under a lifetime warranty for material defects and workmanship (3 years in a commercial setting). We will happily make any minor adjustments needed during the first year at no additional cost to our purchasing customers. Contact your home insurance agent to discuss including the ramp in your policy to protect you from other types of damage.
